Come and join in our friendly Himalayan Hatha yoga classes in Bushey everyone is welcome.

Himalayan Hatha Yoga is a form of Hatha yoga which is a nice slow class each Asan (pose) is held for a few breaths and each Asan flows into the next. I will talk you into each position so no experience is needed. These class are very beginner friendly, but also great for people who already practice yoga.

Apart from being a great gentle exercise yoga also teaches us how to control our breathing and deal with stress on the mat which we can take into our everyday life.

I will teach you how to move with your breath and make you more aware of your body.

These classes are suitable for beginners and experienced people.

Tuesday Evenings at 7 pm and

Saturday mornings at 11 pm
