I am available to teach Hatha yoga classes during the day at your place of work. No previous yoga experience necessary as i will talk you into and out of each asana (pose), teaching you to move with your breath and listen to your body.
Hatha yoga is a slow but flowing form of yoga where each asana is normally held for a few breaths. This helps focus the mind and gives your body a great stretch.
I have appointments available for Early morning, lunchtime or after work Hatha Yoga classes for either a 45 minuet or 60 minute
I can also come in for a one off class.
