New building secures Yoga Instructor

Yoga can improve our ability to deal with stressful situations and reduce anxiety, depression and insomnia. It can also improve physical fitness, strength and flexibility and creates a positive energy that is taken away from the class and can be drawn on within our daily life.

Himalayan Hatha Yoga is a slow flowing form of yoga developed by Yogi Ashokananda. It is suitable for all age groups and levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. I am a fully qualified member of the Yoga Alliance and as such am fully insured to teach group classes, conforming to their high standards.

I am available for corporate classes and can offer early morning / lunchtime or early evening time slots bettingmafia surebet.

An initial free 45 minute taster session is available on request.
Class duration: from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

Suitable accommodation is required and participants will need to bring a yoga mat to the session and how to get fit fast at home. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 20 to ensure individuals are allowed opportunity for proper asana adjustments.

I am also available for private classes.

With classes running in central London, Borehamwood, Watford and Bushey Heath.

About the Author

After practicing yoga for many years, in January 2013 I began the journey to becoming a yoga instructor under the guidance of Yogi Ashokananda .After completing a 200 hour training course in Himalayan Hatha Yoga combining both theory and practice in July 2013,I am know a qualified Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
